Maintenance should be straightforward and responsive. Our portal provides a simplified way to submit repair requests, maintenance needs, and urgent service requests. As a licensed general contractor with experience in repairs and renovations we bring an added level of knowledge and oversight to property care. We work with professional subcontractors and tradespeople to provide practical maintenance, repair, and renovation solutions at reasonable prices.

Competitive & Straightforward Management Fees
Our monthly property management fee is 6% of gross monthly rent, plus a one-time $1,000 fee when a new tenant lease is executed. Typically, competitors charge 8% or more for monthly management services, although tenant lease-execution fees may vary.
